ERR_SECURITY_UPLOAD_WITHOUT_CONNECTION: Your site’s policy does not allow you to upload datasets without a valid target connection

This error can be triggered if a user tries to upload a dataset without having a valid connection set up for the target storage.

Remediation

Specify a valid target connection when uploading a file: you can ask your administrator to grant you access to a valid target connection (Refer to the documentation about Storage Location).
