Manufacturing Event Tracker¶
In manufacturing, understanding operational patterns and events is a key element of success. To effectively improve manufacturing operations, an understanding of context and the raw data produced in the process are key inputs.
Manufacturing Event Tracker (MET) offers a comprehensive, granular review of time-series data packaged. It enables users to contextualize, explore, and label time-series data coming from manufacturing execution systems and/or automation systems. This capability is crucial for understanding the operational patterns and anomalies within a manufacturing environment.
With this app, you can annotate your time series with meaningful labels, visualize multiple sensors simultaneously, overlay events, and use these insights to understand process behavior and communicate findings with your team.
In a nutshell:
Visualize time-series sensor data with interactive charts.
Create and manage operational range annotations with custom labels.
Track and correlate events with sensor measurements.
Save studies for reproducibility and collaboration.
The full documentation for Manufacturing Events Tracker is available inside the application.
Note
Manufacturing Event Tracker is delivered as a Business Application.
