Microsoft Copilot Studio

Agent Management discovers Copilot Studio agents and collects their conversation transcripts from Microsoft Dataverse.

Connection and discovery

Use a Microsoft Copilot Studio connection configured with the Dataverse environment URL and authentication credentials. Supported authentication modes include OAuth2 application credentials, username and password, and a certificate key pair. The identity needs access to agent records and conversation transcripts in the environment.

Supported capabilities

• Inventory: discovers agents and their platform configuration.

• Interaction logs and traces: extracts messages and available trace information from Dataverse conversation transcripts.

• Usage: conversation counts are supported.

• Cost: attributes reported Copilot Credit consumption using the platform’s cost per credit.

Limitations

Available history depends on the transcripts retained in Dataverse. The connector does not expose model-token metrics, active-user metrics, model and tool structure, or separate platform-metric fetching.

Uptime tests, agent reviews through invocation, and platform enable or disable actions are unavailable through this connector.
