Inventory

The Agent Inventory is the registry of agents discovered across all configured platforms. It combines platform-provided information with organizational metadata added in Agent Management.

Finding agents

Search by agent name or description, or filter the inventory by:

• Business process

• Team

• Risk sign-off

• Lifecycle status

• Tags

• Platform name

• Platform type

Enriching an agent

Select an agent and use See details to add organizational context without changing the source agent configuration. Depending on the configured metadata fields, the record can include:

• A display name and description

• Agent purpose

• Business process

• Team or owner

• Tags

• Custom metadata defined by an administrator

Enrichment makes portfolio filtering and delegated ownership possible. Source identifiers, platform, source type, and discovery information remain tied to the discovered agent.
